La Botana

  • 2 oz. IMPOSTER Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. fresh orange juice (~1/4 of an orange)
  • 3/4 oz. pickling brine
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice (~1/2 of a lime)
  • 6 dashes habanero bitters
  • 2 oz. non-alcoholic Mexican lager

  1. Combine all ingredients except non-alcoholic lager and garnish into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Add non-alcoholic lager to shaker, then strain the entire drink into a footed pilsner glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.

Dirty Banana

  • 2 oz. IMPOSTER Rum
  • 1 oz. espresso
  • 2 oz. half-and-half
  • 1 banana, slightly overripe, cut into chunks

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender with a small (6 oz.) scoop of ice and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a banana chunk (including the peel).

Army & Navy

  • 2 oz. IMPOSTER Gin
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice (~1/2 of a lemon)
  • 3/4 oz. orgeat syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for about 10-15 seconds (until well-chilled).
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Washington Apple Shots

  • 3/4 oz. IMPOSTER Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. sour apple syrup
  • 3/4 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 splash club soda, chilled

  1. Add the whiskey, syrup, and cranberry juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  2. Strain into a shot glass.
  3. Top with club soda.
