INGREDIENTS
2oz Imposter Tequila
0.75oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice
0.75oz Yuzu Re’al
0.5oz Strawberry Re’al
1oz Premium Soda Water
PREPARATION
Combine ingredients except soda water in mixing tin and top with ice. Shake cocktail and strain into glass. Top with soda water and fresh ice. Garnish with yuzu salt rim and a dehydrated lime wheel

Pepper Passionfruit Margarita
INGREDIENTS
2oz Imposter Tequila
1.5oz Finest Call Citrus Sour
0.5oz Gourmet Pepper Re’al
0.25oz Passionfruit Re’al
Garnish: Dried or fresh lime wheel
PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into iced rocks glass.Garnish with lime wheel.
Paloma
INGREDIENTS
2oz Imposter Tequila
1oz Finest Call Citrus Sour
3oz Grapefruit Soda (suggested Q)
Garnish: Tajin Rim
PREPARATION
Dip partial rim of glass into a plate of tajin and set aside. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Strain into iced highball glass. Top with Q Grapefruit Soda and serve with remaining bottle.
Juicy Pear Martini
INGREDIENTS
2oz Imposter Gin
1.5oz Finest Call Citrus Sour
0.5oz Juicy Pear Re’al
Squeeze of fresh lime
PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass
Garnish with dried (or fresh) lime wheel.
Au Pear 75
INGREDIENTS
.5oz Imposter Gin
0.25oz Finest Call Citrus Sour
0.5oz Pear Re’al
Top with Premium Soda Water (perrier)
Garnish: Sugar rim and lemon twist
PREPARATION
Dip partial rim of glass into a plate of sugar and set aside. Combine all the ingredients except for soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Strain into coupe or champagne glass. Top with soda water.
Garnish with lemon twist.
Watermelon Mojito
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Imposter Rum
0.75oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice
0.5oz Finest Call Mint Syrup
0.75oz Watermelon Re’al
Top with Premium Soda Water
Garnish: Watemelon cube and Mint Sprig
PREPARATION
Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing tin, then top with ice.
Shake 20 times.
Strain over fresh ice in serving glass.

Smoked Black Cherry Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
2oz Imposter Bourbon
0.5oz Black Cherry Re’al
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Brandied Cherry
PREPARATION
In a mixing glass add Re’al Black Cherry Purée, and orange bitters. Stir with ice and strain over a large ice cube. Apply Cherry Wood Smoke and garnish with a brandied cherry.
Fig-ure of Speech
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Imposter Bourbon
.5oz Fig Re’al
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Cinnamon vapor
Garnish: Caramelized Fig
PREPARATION
In a mixing glass add Re’al Fig Purée, and orange bitters. Stir with ice and strain over a large ice cube. Smoke with a vape gun filled with cinnamon smoke and garnish with a caramelized fig.

.75oz Orange Juice
.25oz Yuzu Re’al
Garnish: Lemon or Orange twist
